ORDERING
Can I change or add to my order after I check out?
Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. Please review the contents of your order BEFORE continuing to the payment section
Can I edit my address after I place my order?
Please notify us ASAP that your address will need to be updated. Send an e-mail to shipping@relentleszdesignz.com with the following information:

How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order has been placed it will take 3-5 Business Days to finalize and prep the order for shipment. Please allow a longer processing time of 5-14 Business Days for customized orders.
Can I reserve a product if I’m not ready to purchase?
No, all products are sold on first come first serve basis and custom orders are made to order.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
How will I receive my digital downloads?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your digital download and instructions(if applicable).
Please make sure that you include an accurate email address when placing your order. The digital product will only be sent to the email that is listed on the order. If you should have any issues, please send an email to support@relentleszdesignz.com along with your invoice number.

Where is my order shipping from?
Fort Lauderdale, FloridaNormal Shipping times are between 3-8 Business Days.
(ALERT- As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.)
What happens when my item is returned to sender?
If your item is returned to us, it’s usually because the address was invalid or entered incorrectly. This can also occur if your unit, suite or apartment number is missing. If this has occurred, please send an email to Shipping@relentleszdesignz.com, so we can resolve this issue and get your product to you. Additional fees may apply.
We do not offer express shipping, or a delivery service.
We ship our orders through the USPS and UPS only. You will receive shipping notification email with your tracking number after your order ships.
We will review your order and investigate to see what may be the issue. If everything looks good on our end, we may suggest that you contact the carrier USPS/UPS. Give them your tacking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though your tracking history shows proof of delivery. You can then file a claim with the carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Once the item ships, we are no longer responsible for the item while in transit.

Can I return my order for a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on Customized (Special Order/Personalized) items or Sale and Clearance items. All Custom, Sale, Clearance sales are FINAL.Giftcards are non-refundable [Please see Refund Policy]
